Privacy policy

1.Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• the type of request (demo, contact or question);
• your name, your company's name and your email (required);
• your phone number and your message (optional).

The site does not ask you to create an account and collects no payment information.

2.Why we use it

Your information is only used to answer your request: getting back to you, scheduling a demo or answering your question. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell or rent it.

3.How your request is sent

When you submit the form, your request is sent encrypted (HTTPS) to a sending service hosted by Cloudflare, which delivers it by email to [email protected]. The request is not stored in a website database: it is kept in the team's mailbox.

If sending fails, the page tells you so and offers to let you write to that address yourself.

4.Providers and transfers outside Québec

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers are located in several countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside Québec and Canada while it is being transmitted. We use this provider for hosting, site security and email delivery.

We do not share your information with any other third party, unless required by law.

5.Cookies and preferences

• Language preference: the site stores your FR/EN choice in your browser (local storage). It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Security: Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, browser) to protect the site against abuse.

The site uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookies and no social media tracking tools.

6.Retention

We keep your requests for no more than 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If your request leads to a business agreement, the necessary information is then kept according to that agreement and the periods required by law (for example for tax purposes). You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

7.Security

Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS with HSTS). The site uses security headers, and the form rejects submissions coming from other websites. Access to the mailbox that receives requests is limited to the people who need to answer them.

8.Your rights

Under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (including the Law 25 amendments), you can:

• ask to access the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• withdraw your consent and ask for its deletion.

Write to us to exercise these rights: we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
